We are accepting limited enrollments to our wait list who will be added to our membership as more NVWS commissioned wines become ready to release in January, '10. Those on our wait list receive priority access to our unallocated wine. |

 All wines are shipped on or by the 15th of every quarter. We attempt to allot our wines and limit our membership so that each member will receive a 3-pack shipment each quarter - that is, three 750 ml. bottles of NVWS wines per member. In case of wines remaining after membership allotment, they are offered on this site on a first come, first serve basis to members. In the event a release has not been exhausted after membership case purchases, wines are offered to persons enrolled on the membership wait list. If any wines remain after that, they are offered to the general public exclusively through this site. Members must maintain a valid credit card on file which is pre-authorized for allocations to maintain their membership in good standing. Members may discontinue their membership upon 30 days notice, without cause. NVWS may discontinue membership to any member upon 30 days notice without cause. Notice to the e-mail with which a member has signed up shall be sufficient notice of cancellation. Notice to the email listed on the contact for this website shall be sufficient notice of cancellation. |
